What is Battleground Blitz in WoW?
Battleground Blitz is a ranked PvP mode that resembles regular battlegrounds, but with a faster ruleset. It’s played as an 8v8 brawl and supports solo queue or duo queue (duo is available only if one player is a healer).
The ranked map pool includes: Warsong Gulch, Twin Peaks, Temple of Kotmogu, Eye of the Storm, Silvershard Mines, Battle for Gilneas, Arathi Basin, and Deepwind Gorge. Objectives are faster to interact with, players have Swift Pursuit (100% mount speed), and maps contain runes that provide temporary combat bonuses.
How quickly can you reach a high rating in BG Blitz?
It depends on your starting rating, gear readiness, and the ladder at the moment you play. Lower brackets usually move faster than higher ones, while top milestones (like 2400) can take longer due to tougher lobbies and rating swings.
How does a Battleground Blitz boost work?
You choose your current/target rating and the boost format (Self-play or Piloted; Remote Control if you prefer not to share login details). After checkout, our manager confirms details and schedule, then the games are played in planned sessions until the target rating is reached.
How does BG Blitz work?
With full Honor gear, you can queue Blitz solo or duo with a healer. Teams commonly end up with 2 healers, 5–6 DPS, and sometimes 1 tank, with matchmaking trying to keep tank counts even. Games are typically around 10–12 minutes, and leaving early triggers a deserter penalty.
