Boosting is based on trust. This page explains what you can expect from us on each order and how we approach safety and problem-solving.

1. Service as described
We guarantee that we will aim to deliver the service exactly as described on the product page:
- correct difficulty, number of runs or rating range;
- all selected extra options (timed runs, specific keys, additional objectives, achievements, etc.);
- within a realistic ETA considering game mechanics, queue times and schedule.
If something needs to be adjusted (patch changes, unexpected game issues), we will discuss it with you first and agree on a new plan or compensation.
2. Account safety
We respect your account and personal data. Our approach to safety includes:
- only legitimate in-game mechanics — no third-party cheats, bots or exploits;
- following up-to-date recommendations for each game;
- limited access to your account details only to the booster who works on your order, when piloted service is required.
No one can give a 100% guarantee against any actions by the game publisher, but we do everything on our side to minimize risk and avoid suspicious behaviour.
3. Privacy & confidentiality
- we do not share your contact details or order history with third parties outside what is necessary to process payments and provide the service;
- we do not use your account for anything except completing the ordered service;

- we do not ignore messages or hide problems;
- we look for a clear and fair solution for your case.
5. Fair resolution of issues
If a service cannot be completed as described despite our efforts, we review each case under our Refund policy and Terms & conditions.
- partial completion with proportional refund;
- rescheduling or repeating part of the service;
- full refund when the service is not provided.
6. Your responsibilities
To keep everything safe and without unnecessary risks, we also ask you to:
- follow the game publisher’s rules and avoid risky behaviour during the boost;
- provide correct account and contact details when a piloted service is used;
- stay in touch when we need your confirmation (time slots, character choice, faction, etc.).
